On March 21 and 22, 2025, for the first edition of the Color & Light Festival in Asbury Park (New Jersey), Glitch Prod presented ÆQUINOX, an immersive video mapping and sound installation projected onto the iconic façade of the Paramount Theatre.
ÆQUINOX delves into the human condition through the balance between life and death, the ephemeral and the eternal. On the building’s façade, ancient statues, organic forms, and geometric patterns inspired by the golden ratio are transformed by precise and powerful light play. This dialogue between shadow and clarity evokes the duality of mankind in its passage through time and its search for meaning.
The soundtrack, blending subtle orchestrations and electro textures, accompanies this visual fresco like an expanding heartbeat. The projections reveal symbolic elements : skulls, sculptures, timeless figures, emphasizing the idea of a deep and inseparable link between life, death, and the pursuit of balance.
ÆQUINOX celebrates the fragile beauty of humanity, playing with contrasts to remind us that each fleeting moment is part of a greater universal whole.

Les 21 et 22 mars 2025, à l’occasion de la première édition du Color & Light Festival à Asbury Park (New Jersey), Glitch Prod a présenté ÆQUINOX, une installation de vidéo mapping et de création sonore immersive, projetée sur la façade iconique du Paramount Theatre.
ÆQUINOX explore la condition humaine à travers l’équilibre entre la vie et la mort, l’éphémère et l’éternel. Sur la façade du bâtiment, statues antiques, formes organiques et motifs géométriques inspirés du nombre d’or se métamorphosent sous l’effet de jeux de lumière précis et puissants. Ce dialogue entre ombre et clarté évoque la dualité de l’Homme face à son passage dans le temps et sa quête de sens.
La bande sonore, mêlant orchestrations subtiles et textures électro, accompagne cette fresque visuelle comme un battement de cœur en expansion. Les projections révèlent des éléments symboliques: crânes, sculptures, figures intemporelles accentuant l’idée d’un lien profond et indissociable entre la vie, la mort et la recherche d’équilibre.
ÆQUINOX célèbre l’Humain dans sa beauté fragile, jouant avec les contrastes pour rappeler que chaque instant, aussi fugace soit-il, s’inscrit dans un tout universel.
